They are two such little words, but have such power. I think they are underused in business.
The other weekend, I saw some posts on my Facebook page from new likes who told me where they had come from. I went to the pages who had recommended me and thanked them on their page.
I don’t know if it will have a direct result on the number of likes or number of readers to this blog, but I hope the owners of those pages felt appreciated.
In business, a thank you can come in many different forms – from a post on a Facebook page to sending an ecard or a card through the mail, to a little gift or bunch of flowers, to a phone call or even just remembering to say thank you at the time.
There are also many different people you can thank, from customers and suppliers to people who inspire you, bloggers who entertain or encourage you, even writing to authors of the business books who have helped you grow your business.
Saying thank you is such a small thing, but can go a long way in growing your business, especially over time.
So, have you said Thank You lately?
